Letter from Magic Kids, Inc. Speaks lies & contradiction

I received today an unnecessarily long letter of invitation to become a circular distributor with "Magic Kids, Inc." It was signed by an "Isaac Mizrahi". The very first page of the letter states, in part:

" You pay me NOTHING, owe me NOTHING, UNLESS I make you money. Period!"

I spent the next 10 minutes or so scanning the letter. Well, wouldn't you know it... On the last page they require a "good faith deposit of just $147 complete" in order to become a distributor. WAIT A MINUTE! They just LIED to me on the first page of their letter where they plainly state that I owe them NOTHING UNLESS they make me money. Put another way... UNTIL they make me money, I owe them NOTHING.

On Page 14... Another lie, and I quote:

"You end up paying $147 ONLY if you make TOP money! It not, you pay NOTHING!" What a load of crap! They clearly require that I pay them $147 BEFORE I can earn even a penny from them... If that's even possible!

Also, on Page 14, a contradiction: "I actually GUARANTEE your success, with my "no strings" pledge to return your entire $147 "good faith" deposit IF YOU FAIL to make money". How can I possibly FAIL to make money with a company that "actually guarantees" my success??? Duh!!! And, I guess I'm to rest well on their worthless "pledge" to return my $147 if I don't make money??!!

I'm so sorry for those who lose money in these scams. Thus far, I've managed to escape being defrauded by these crooks because I'm very suspicious at the start. I'll read their junk just for a few laughs. Folks, don't jump too quickly when you receive these offers. THOROUGHLY investigate them first, and learn the clues to watch for that will bring their deception to light. These cons well know that millions of people are struggling financially and/or looking to work as self employed... Due to an absence of job security and too many low wage jobs in the U.S.A., of which our government & numerous employers are to blame... And that's another sickening story...
