Scam continues to run. What does it take to get them to go away?

This is the second time I have received a notice from NME informing me of my jackpot worth $2,100, 000.

The first time I got one of these things I called to tell them to erase my name from their database.

I told the operator that I didn't want the money - he could have it.

I got this latest notice yesterday.

What does it take to get crap like this shut-down?
