Charged me $129.99, then $29.99 for merchandise I didn't request

The advertisement was learning how to make Google Profits, free, only pay $1.95 for shipping with no mention of future costs or fees. The package has audio cds that have nothing to do with how to make money. You have to call within 21 days of receiving the product to obtain an authorization number to send the package back or your credit card will be charged $129.00 for the package.

I called every number in the package and for 30 minutes heard a recording about how busy the lines are and please hold and they will be with you or you can leave a number and they will call you back within 30 minutes. You never get to speak with a person, so how can someone obtain the authorization # to return the package? I left a message and am waiting for a return call.
