Aurora Never recieved one piece of mail from these people and yet have taken me for over $150 ripoff

I ordered the "free" ring (aurora borealis ring) that has the $4.95 s & h but i had to move 5 days later. I called this company to try to cancel or change the address and they could not find my account and told me since they couldn't find it i wouldn't have to worry about it. I knew better even then that they would still charge me but i figured it would get forwarded and i would eventually recieve it.

When the charge came i called back... They STILL could not find my account and therefore could not cancel. Over 60 hours spent just on the phone with this company trying to get this fixed and being promised repeatedly that a supervisor or billing specialist would get back with me. This does not include the time i've spent on the phone with my bank to dispute the charges.

I had even asked my bank if i needed to cancel my card. They kept telling me no that it wasn't necessary that they would take care of it all. This company never once even had my current billing address... As i moved and changed my address with the bank before the first charge was taken out.

I had finally contacted someone at the NCM company and they said they would be giving me a full refund as long as i dropped the disputes. I even got them on the phone with my bank so that they could verify what they were saying. Its been over a month now and still nothing on my account like was promised (over $150 in charges and i have never recieved even one piece of mail from these people.

Recurrent charges should be made illegal. This company is a ripoff and i will contact my states attorney general and as soon as i get their agents name will be serving them with a summons for small claims court. I know they depend on people to just let things go and this is how they get much money yearly.

The phone number i have for them is busy and has been for 9 straight business days morning and night... So if you know their agents name (person to serve with a subpeona to court) and/or a number how i can contact them please let me know
