I applied for a payday loan and was charged $149.00 ripoff

I was online applying for a payday loan when a pop-up add came up asked if I wanted to apply for an unsecured credit card I clicked the no box than the next thing I know I recieved a bank statement informing me my bank account was over drafted $149.00 plus a 34.00 over draft fee.

I called the 800 number and spoke with a representative by the name of sharon who told me that I clicked the yes button for an unsecured credit card I told her that I did no such thing so she than told me that I would have to file a written notice to the company to recieve my money back.
