I received a form or document from Central Assets Holding Company, Claiming I won 2 and a half million Dollars. Can this Be for real? They want me to send them $20.00 for a processing fee, Does a ligitimate sweepstates or contest charge a fee to get your money? That throws up signals doesn't it?

If anyone knows this company and if it is a scam or not, please let me know. I could sure use 2 1/2 million dollars.
