The Central Bank Of Nigeria claims that they have 5 million dollars in holding for me. The CBN Governor said he would pay half of the total amount of 869 to convert the nigerian currency to U.S. Dollar. I was charged a total of $440 to receive a couple of certificates saying the fund is legal and rightfully mine. I paid the 440 to the receiver to confirm the fund. The other fee was then charged of $869. It looks like a total scam! I would like a refund!
