I received a call from 1st national card stating I was qualified for 9.9% fixed rate credit card with no annual fees, a credit limit of $4500, w / a cash limit of $2000 w / same fixed rate!

I was contacted by phone by 1st National card services offering me a credit card with a FIXED rate of 9.9%, a credit limit of $4500, a cash limit of $ w / no annual fee! Wow! I thought I must be dreaming! I have been applying for credit cards on line for the past week, but to no avail, having no credit! I am a single mother and school was just around the corner and I needed a way to get school clothes for my 4 children! They said they needed $200, which would be given back to me as payment vouchers that I could use towards my charges! Perfect! So i thought!

I waited and waited and finally received the package in the mail... Oddly I had to insert a cd into my computer... To activate my card! After logging in to my surprise i find out i have to order out of their online catalog, which has nothing I want. I called the company demanding a refund! Nope, they rudely told me that they keep $150 and they could give me a $50 credit for their catalog! I was appalled! I explained that i was misled to think I was getting a real mastercard/visa! Didn't do any good. Next i tried to see if I could order anything... Well... You have to pay 35% of your order, give them your bank account number AGAIN and the rest can get charged to your account!!!

I emailed c/s, I called the bank, i called them again and again, all to no avail! I closed my bank account and reopened a new one because then I had another charge on my account that I don't know where it came from... For $149! Thank god there is thios web site, because i thought there was no hope for me getting my $200 back! Monday morning I am going straight up to the bank and demanding they credit my account! I can't afford to loose $200!
