Donald Turner No shame scammer!

I really must thank everyone who has made a report about this company. I wasn't sure what to think when a "First-Class" official letter said I would "definately" receive the amount of $1,900, 000.00 if I sent $19.99 to this company.

First off I would like to report this is not the first letter I have recieved from Donald Turner. He has sent me one previously, however I threw it in the trash without reading it. I am glad I read it this time so I could let others know as well.

Secondly, if I had won $1,900, 000.00 could they not deduct the $19.99 from it?

Lastly, the only way you may contact this company is to send a letter to a P.O. Box, no physical address, and upon searching for "American Prize Reports" under the whitepages there is NO phone number at all.
And even more so, if this were a legitimate company would they not have a building? What company that handles millions of dollars works out of a P.O. Box???
