A.P.R. American Prize Reports
Sent me a notice that I have won $1,900, 000 in cash and awards on 8/15/07

I received a letter on 8/15/07 that I have won $1,900, 000 in cash and awards. Only to get online to check the validness of this letter and come across the reports already posted on this site about this company and its President Donald Turner and how he is scamming people to pay him $19.99 for the Report and that within 3 weeks you receive your so called "Awards".

I read and re-read the pages and turned over the main letter to find Consumer Information stating at the bottom "You do not need to purchase our Report to enter any sweepstakes" etc. And that they are not liable for any entries made or attempted by readers of its Reports. How Can these people get away with saying YOU'VE WON something only to say that they are not the ones liable and that A.P.R. Is not a lottery company, and does not offer lottery, contest or sweepstakes entries.

This is fraud. I am a hard working American citizen and I really hoped this was for real. My family could really use some extra cash right now. This is very dissappointing not too mention frustrating that these people can scam hard working Americans out of their hard earned money. Supposedly A.P.R. States: "Responders will be refunded their purchase price of our Report in full if they are dissatisfied with the Report. Refund claims must be made in writing to the address on the enclosed envelope within 60 days of purchase."

If this is true then I really hope all those who sent money do get their refunds. I am lucky to have read the fine print and to also come across this site with other complaints before I sent my hard earned cash to some greedy person whose getting rich off of scamming people.
