Crappy/nogame sent, no responses, 2 email recieved same day saying not recied game and shipped game long time ago, i have certifiede mail Ripoff Framingham

I purchased a game from egameuniverse on ebay. I didn't recive it after a great perion of time i wrote them and got no response. Wrote again and still no response, i gave then neg feedback. Right away they gave me neg feedback saying contact the store for help (which i tried 2 times previous). I contacted them and they said must of got lost in mail and refunded my money. Later on ebay i bought a game i really wanted, and bought it. I recieved it and the discwas all chipped in the middle, looked dusty, and had white smudge marks. I wrote and sent it back certified mail on july 11th. I waited for almost 2 weeks and no game. I wrote back to them and asked where my game was, they stated that it takes 1-2 weeeks for delivery (still have email). I waited another 1-2 weeks and asked what was going on. No response from them. Wrote again. Still no response fro them. I gave them another neg feedback. Again, right away they sent me neg feedback and on the same day i recived 2 emails from them. The first email said as of aug 13th we have not recived the game and will ship as soon as we recieve (which i knew they recieved july 11th). The 2nd email stated "We had already shipped Crash out and we are not sure why you have not
received it by now. We will reship it once again." what a croc! They never responded to me uuntil i left neg feedback and bothtimes the left me neg feedback and i did NOTHING wrong. They just wanted theirs withdrawn. They are scammers, rip off artists and the game i did recive was crap. And why with the first game say ohhh must of got lost in the mail here is you money back. NEVER do business with them again and feel Horrible FOR THOSE WHO DO IN THE FUTURE. They should be shut down and i am sure i am not the only one that feels that way!!!
