Ej Walter can't get anyone too call back, its been almost a year and nothing has been done too sell my timeshare or refund my money back

I was promised to have my westgate time share sold within 6 months. I was never contacted by them and every time i called it took weeks to get a call back and then i kept getting a run around. I talk too rebecca, and Walter himself to know avail. I have left nasty messages for the last month and still can't get anyone to call or refund my money, that was to be refunded after 6 months if nothing happpened with selling my timeshare. Would love to pursue this matter, so no one will have too go through what i have.
