Castle Resorts International, Walter Fowler, Highly organized 'white collar' criminals of Castle Resorts International, bold-faced fraudsters who invest customers fees and rip-off unsuspecting preys

In February I received a call from an Anthony Gambino who described himself as the Sales Corporate Manager for Castle Resorts International. He described the company as a corporate sales rep and real estate rep for time shares properties. He further went on to explain who and what they represent with a reassurance and guarantee of their business.

Since at the time I intended to sell my time share property and after quite a few phone calls from Mr. Gambino, I entrusted my property to the company after a sworn reassurance that it would be sold in less than three (3) months. I was told to pay an upfront fee of $1160.95 which I did with my debit bank card and I was then sent a docment to state that I had given him permission to market and sell the property. I signed and returned it.

However, after many months (more than 3 months) of not hearing from the company I started trying to contact them by phone and later on by email and leaving voicemails, i was forwarded to Anthnoy Gambino's and Walter Fowler's voicemail every single time I called with of course no response. After five (5) months and still no response and having decided earlier to withdraw my property from the market I made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Florida but my effort was futile.

They sent a facsimile to the Better Business Bureau on August 21 with this explanation: "Mr. McGregor contracted with us for 60 days with renewal required to remain actively listed and be eligible for a refund. Mr. McGregor is inactive and is not eligible for a refund; however, we will offer to reactivate Mr. McGregor's timeshare advertisement at no cost, and we will continue to advertise until sold." Now, will someone tell me how can Castle Resorts write such nonsense when there is no communication whatsoever with their so-called clients, no updates, no response to messages and no-one to take responsibility?

I need help in exposing these fraudster and to top it off I contacted the organisation that I purchased the timeshare from and was told that they alone have the exclusive rights to market and or sell my property. I would love a refund and the chance to testify against Castle Resorts International in court.
