Is a con-artist ripoff

I got a call from this company with a to good to be true offer. If i make a deposit of 200.00, i can get a credit card with a limit of 2000.00. To good to be true, i didn't think so at the time.

Maybe i should have. Well they took my money and it's been 2 months and i have not recieved my card or package or anything. And now they say they have suspended operations. So now what do i do? How do i get my money back? How do i contact people. I want my money back.
