Who's The Boss the complete series was ordered. When it got here after a five week wait the cases they came in were totaled. All broken. I got them to give as a gift

I ordered from this place twice. The first time was for Mike Hammer for myself. It went very smooth so I tried them again to get the Who's The Boss complete series for a gift to a friend. After waiting four weeks I decided to give them a call to see if I should be concerned. That's when things started getting squirrely.

All of a sudden the name went to dvdavenue.com I wondered if I had called the wrong company or emailed the wrong web address. She said in unintelligable English that they would be sent shortly. This after five weeks they hadn't even been shipped yet.

After another twoo weeks they arrived.in unusable cases. Shipped in an envelope with some backing. Iv'e dealt online for twelve years now and this is my first experienc like this. I guess sooner or later it was bound to happen. Now I understand you can't even get in touch with them.

I call and after the message tells me to wait for an operator, ten minutes later another message is played saying there's no one there to take my call. I'd like to meet these people face to face. I got a real good message for them. I'm Italian. We don't get mad, we get even. I work to hard for my money to get jerked around by a bunch of internet hoodlums.
