My second payment and it's been a nightmare dealing with them already! Terrible company! Ripoff

They recently acquired GreenPoint Mortgage, it's only my second payment and their messing with me. They give you option plans but then chose to allocate the fund so you owe more interest and apply it to the minimum option plan. This took my time calling to get this corrected. Second payment, late fees and screwed up from the first one. I decided to go on line so I have beter records. Well wouldn't you know it when you chose to make a payment you have to manually enter in the amount to indicate a full payment. So their system defaults to screw us again, then I can't go back and view the payment I just made. Large rip off company has very unsophisticated web site.
