Option One Mortgage
Late fees no matter when you pay, 1st noitce I got was they were forclosing on my home

We were sold to Option One without our consent by First Franklin loan Services. The 1st we knew of it was a letter, not in the 15 days required, that we were sold.
The next was a foreclosure letter. This is just not right.

Option One has wanted $702.42 every month in late charges from the very start, before we even knew we had been sold. They refuse to change our payment date because we are always behind in late fees, there is no way to catch up as the payment is always late no matter when I call in the payment, They will not take a payment before the due date and if you pay on the due date your late because they take 3-5 days to process the payment. There is never a supervisor to speak to who can do anything until your current on your loan.

They have ruined our credit, we cant get rid of they because our credit score is now so low we can't get a different loan.

We will lose our home if we cannot get away from these people, and I don't see how to do it at this point.
We are working people and don't have thousands of dollars laying around to satisfy these people.
