Promise they couldn't keep Ripoff

I first talked to a gentleman named Simon Young, who was very convincing. I had nothing to lose or worry about. I was promised to recieve money when all the paperwork was finall. This was to take 14-16 weeks. After the 16th week I started to make calls to find out how my paperwork was coming along. They just kept telling me just a few more weeks and it should be final. After my first two calls IC services quit taking or returning any of my calls. At that point I was calling everyday just to talk to an answering machine. Thats when I decided to talk to the BBB in Oregon. They had never heard of them. They are good at what they do, scamming. Plus I didn't recieve my $464 back for failure of any grants!!
