Refuses to refund my money after reassuring me that the money would not be picked up until their services had been rendered, they said when I sign a paper for them they will talk about what services t Internet

Sunday evening (2/19) my fiance and I were given a notice to leave the room we are renting, so we got on craigslist and started searching for places, well one we came across we called the number and they immediately called me back stating that there is a security deposit plus pet deposit to be given before the paperwork process begins.

So first thing Monday morning (2/20) I sent the money to a Gillian Delaney in Morgan Hill through Western Union (mtcn# 131-788-8605), I called her she once again immediately called me back when she got to "work". She verified the money was there, sent me an email with about 6 lines to fill out and sign, well upon recieving that e-mail I called with a couple of questions because I refuse to put my name on anything I don't know what I'm signing, all of the sudden they don't return my emails, calls nothing. I have called and emailed them now since Tuesday afternoon (2/14). Gillian had reassured me that they do not get the money until the services had been rendered but Tuesday they had gotten the money and did not contact me until Thursday (2/16) when I finally had to call and be vulgar to their answering machine, at that point I did recieve a text and email stating that I was not following proper procedures and they refused to give me my money back.

I have all the emails, texts and phone record calls of everything. I really would like to further pursue this.
