Overdrawn, even after i declined Ripoff

USA Credit? Whats this?
I check my account knowing I have cash available, only to find out that I am overdrawn by almost $200 in transactions and fees. I call the bank to find out, "'USA Credit' is the recipient" the representative tells me. $149.95 for what exactly? I received nothing from this company. Scam.
