Tried to rip me off for 2800 dollars. I am smarter than they are i dont part with my money esaily. Ripoff

I recieve a chek for 4700 dollars from this company, i won 450,000, 000 in a second change drawing. But, i had to send them 2800 dollars for taxes. Money order or western union. Scam, scam, scam. Sun trust finance inc. Is the name on my letter. Also a friend recieved the type of letter with a few changes, but it too is a rip off.
