Australian Government Dept Of Finance & Administration And Citi National Trust
Scam letter from australian government that i had unclaimed funds australia

Business & Finance

Received a letter with Australian Government Dept of Fiance & Administration logo stating I had unclaimed funds in the amount of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and that I had to fax an enclosed form to Citi National Trust at 1-866-307-2122. Note Payment form had to be faxed if it was mailed it would not be processed.

Letter states that Citi National Trust has a contract with the Australian Government and they remit funds to you in one lump sum.

I contacted the 1-866 number and they asked me to fax the form. I faxed the form and then someone called me and stated that I would have to send them $1500 in order to process this.

I did not send $1500 to them. This is such a scam. Please be aware of these people.

The letter was signed by Oscar Kaufany General Mgr Financial Management Group Dept of Finance & Administration Australian Government.
