Do Not Cash This Check It Will Totally Screw You Up ripoff

A letter with a check for $2998.80 came in my mailbox one day. It had a Lotto Header and said I had won. I cashed the check and sent it back to Ontario and two weeks later it came back as the account closed.

This is an outrageous rip off that has ruined my life. Please do not make the same mistakes I made. I honestly did not think it was a rip off or scam because the company contacted me several times about my winnings. Of course this was after my first initial contact that I made to them. I really thought it was for real. The check was very authentic with all the extras for "security purposes" or so I thought.

They told me after a portion of this check was returned to them that my big check was in the mail. I had no way to check online at the time to see that this company was already on usacomplaints.com. If I had I would not be out the $2998.80. If anyone out there knows of anything I can do to help me pay this money back it would be greatly appreciated. I have gotten my family and tellers at my bank in a fix right now and I am trying like crazy to fix the wrongs.
