Burned my very good friend, trying to help him recover his money. Ripoff Ind

Buddy got a letter from Irs and was told to pay taxes on his 401. Clueless he paid. I which time I beat my head againist the wall trying to figure this mess out. Well finally putting two and two together and can see this low life has not only burned him but others as well.

Would like to see something done at least get his money back from the Irs.
