Lease expire in Nov.'06, continued to draft checking account till now & buyout per telcon w/angel on 8/01/07 @ 09:20 was $122.25 @ in Nov of '06. There was no notification of buy out & at least 9 drafts that have taken place since, they refuse to credit the $122.25 against drafting of approx $652.77. Advised "Angel" would pursue by contacting "Fraud Division of Bank of America" & pursue in "small claims" court of local jurisdiction. She stated they in turn would file court proceedings in state of New York.
