Lying Thieves ripoff

I checked my bank balance just the other day only to find that I was withdrawn. When I called my bank (at 2 AM because I was so upset) I found that it was a fee for a Master Card. I found this funny because I have only one Master Card and the annual fee was added right to the card itself, not taken from my bank account.

So not only did this company take out $159.99 but also left me with an additional $70 to pay to the bank on top of that!

Reading other reports, it seems that the sight must have gotten my information when I was applying for a short term loan from elsewhere. I NEVER get credit cards that I have to pay for and ALWAYS read the terms and conditions on such applications.

I have sent a letter to the BBB in CA so hopefully something will get accomplished!
