The First Plus Card prepaid ripoff

I purchased a prepaid card from CDS issued 5/12 in the amount of 300.00. I was never able to use it and wasn't able to contact anyone concerning my problem. I stumbled onto my card today 7/26/07, and ran a search. This is the only credible hit I found and every thing fits.
