Mysterious unauthorized charge of $14.95 that occurs each month on credit card bill. Ripoff

A mysterious and unauthorized charge of $14.95 occurs each month on my credit card statement. Each month i call the customer service number on my card, explaining the issue; they dutifully refund all charges and fees. The next month, the charge reappears. I called the phone number listed on my statement: 877-564-8538. I said i had never authorized 'membership' and wanted all charges stopped. They said it would be cancelled, which obviously never happened.

When i called again today, i heard an electronic message tell me i could press a number to 'cancel' membership. I was also issued a 14 digit confirmation number. Cancelling on line was listed as an option, but each time i key in the info, it comes up as 'under construction'.

I hope this is the end of it, but it remains to be seen. Please be persistent with your bank or credit card lender re: easysaver. They are a fraudulent company, hoping people don't carefully scrutinize their statements. I also wrote a letter to the card lender{keeping a copy}, as they say phone calls don't protect consumer rights. Hope this info helps.
