Ripoff Total waste of time and more importantly money!

Made the mistake of signing up because they had a good review on some bogus site. I sent them my info and my first reply was an email stating that they could not process my order until I agreed to their terms. The email contained double negatives and did not pass spell check. Big red flag! I immediately called and cancelled my order and was promised a full refund. I also replied to their request to confirm my order and agree to the terms with the cancellation notice. Next day I received notice they were starting to process my resume. They did not respond to further emails and I had to call repeatedly to get my order cancelled and they said they would only issue a partial refund. They can't even communicate professionally, how can they hope to write a good resume? They do not have a good understanding of the English language and this was evident in both phone and email correspondence. Waste of time and money! Avoid at all cost!
