Took money out of my checking account and i don't know how they did it

Come back from vacation and checked my funds in my checking and 2 times there were 49.95 taken out. Talked to the bank president got copies of where the funds were taken out and files a affidavit to get my funds back. Then got online and filed this report. The funds wrer taken out while we were on vacation and i have no idea how they got such personal information to use to do this
