Take out Fraud Debt on other Good Business

My company just relocated we have been in our location for 25 years but due to the change in area we had to relocate. When I called to order something from this company ABC wanted me to pay for the two other comapnies debt before I could apply to get credit at this address that we just bought. I even offered to fax them something showing that we just bought this address and with our company name and information to bill to etc. They said that this address has been listed due to the other compaines not paying and that they were not going to remove this address until this balance was paid.

I contacted my lawyers and they have contacted them but they will not return anyones phone calls etc... They just never are there or the wait time is an hour or something. But I do not think that my family owned company should be blamed for other companies bad business with them. If I can prove that we own this etc. They should be more then willing to give us credit and not make us suffer for what others have do to them at this address.
