You order, money is deducted from your CC, you will not see your order nor the money again ripoff

It's too sad to be here and spend precious time writing a report. I do it for myself and hopefully for others who check out this site before they order.

I ordered my sign on April 13, money deducted a few days afterwards. Since then I called on a regular base and asked where my order is. Out of stock, ready to ship in one week. Each time a different answer from one of the 2 women who pick up the phone. Karen probably recognizes my phone number, so somebody else picks up. That somebody else does nothing else then writes (?) down the order number and will tell Karen as soon as Karen returns. Of course Karen does not return the phone. How is it possible that a company with a great web-page can be in business? I am going to take further steps. How does it feel to be Karen? What type of woman must she be to lie to everybody and take the money from rich and POOR. $75 is not much money for some - $75 can be A LOT for others.
