I moved from Texas to Ohio around the last part of 2004. The housing market in TX was bad at the time. Thus, I was not able to sell my house within a year. My realtor told me about a guy/company Troy St. Pierre/Arcatia Basin Corp. That would manage my property i.E. Find renters, pay the mortage, etc.

Well, I was desparate after making a few of the payments when I moved to Ohio. I decided to give him a try. The catch was that I had to sign over my deed to this company and they would in turn manage it and would eventually sale it within 24-36 months.

Well of course, the sale never happened. The company then changed its name to Benefical Planning got behind on the mortgage payments. Told me to make 3 or 4 payments and they would pay me back after their financial woes were put in tack. That never happened either. Contact me for emails from Troy promising to pay me back.

Beneficial Planning apparently put all of their properties in their own individual trusts. What I was told by one of the partners of the trust was that the trust would re-establish my mortgage credit history after a year, because the trust is responsible for making the monthly payments and that after a year, they would sale the house and the mortgage would out of my name. Please contact me for the name of all the partners involved.

Its now July and my mortgage after a year is not sold and all the parties involved know that the mortgage that they agreed on has not been paid. So now I am in the same place I was a few years ago. LATE PAYS ON MY CR.

Troy St Pierre has changed the company name to Alternate Mutual, LLC. And looks like he is operating in full force. Third name change, sounds fishy. Wonder who he is dodging.

PLEASE, I BEG YOU PLEASE, do not do business with this unethical person and his company. To prevent forclosure, please work directly with your mortgage company.

TROY IS OUT FOR HIMSELF!!! And like he told in one of our conversations, "aint a damn thing you can do to get out of our agreement". He will repair your credit alright:- (

PS I have contacted lawyers and the Texas Attorney General with no help coming from any of them.
