I was unaware of their so-called company policy, I placed an order for the trial use and 2 months later this MOM & POP Company debit my checking account for $99.98. I wasn't sure where this charge came from until I called the 800 number. During this conversation with their customer service rep. I learned that I could not return their product for a refund.
