Debited my account without authorization

I had ordered green tea on the internet. I only had to pay $4.97 for shipping and handling. I had tried to call and let them know that I did not want any more of the product because it made me sick. I was unable to get through to them because it says the circuits are busy.

I noticed on my bank statement that $99.61 was deducted from by checking account. I have not received anything else from this company not do I wish to receive anything. I have filed a dispute with my bank and having my debit card cancelled. I want them to send my $99.61 back to me.
