Ripoff Offered savings on merchandise went to unsubscribe and they would not give me my member # so I could not

I somehow received a membership to Savings Smart. On my next debit card statement I noticed a $1.00 charge deducted. I called the 800 number to find out what this was about and got an automated recording.

After listening to the recording, I decided to unsubscribe and was told to go to the membersavings@savingsmart.com web site. That was unproductive as it sent me back to the 800 number to unsubscribe.

This loup continues and there is no way to retrieve your membership number. Like the lady in NC, it is only a dollar, but how many thousands of people are they bilking with no service provided?

I will take some doing for me to get the bank to stop the deduction but I sure am going to give it a try.
