Fraudulent dishonest ripoff

I placed an order on May 29th. I was told via phone AND it's on their website that I would have my order in 10 business days. I called when it i did not arrive. I spoke to Deborah, and she said my order has not left yet, but it would be here the following Thursday. I asked her why, and she said "someone" has left me a message in regards to a question on the order? Funny, I had no message, and when I asked her what the question was, she did not know. The following Thursday - NO DELIVERY. I called again - and as usual I was put on hold for 25 minutes - and was told it would be here yesterday - and no shipment.inSTEAD - I recieved an email saying they are charging me an ADDITIONAL $22 dollars (on top of the $22 dollars they have already charged me) for a three pound shipment. $44 dollars for ground shipping on a THREE pound shipment. I replied to their email saying I am NOT authorizing them to put and additional $22 on my credit card. No response. So, I called - and got out on hold for 30 minutes. I finally spoke to TRISH (patricia), and wished I had never called. She SCREAMED at me, kept reading and re-reading the emaiol she had already sent stating THEY ARE putting an additional $22 on my credit card, then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to her boss, she said she is a manager and there is no one above her. When I kept pressing for her superior's name, she hung up on me. I called back three times, and she hung up every time. I am now looking for a number for their corporate headquarters. I still DO NOT have my order, but now I'm being charged MORE, it has been 30 days now. I have never had such bad service, EVER.
