Ripped Off Harrassed Just Plain Rude!

I had bought and eliptical machine back in March '07. I pay my bills on time and I am never late. But according to HC Processing they had recieved nothing. They would not help on anything. They wanted to give me a delinquency charge, report this on my credit report... Basically screw me over. They also called my husband a cry baby when he asked to talk to someone higher. They would not connect him. On top of that when my husband called the second time to get this straightened out, they assumed we were someone else that had a bed. They never asked us any questions of who we were and never asked any information. This company is aweful and I think this company needs to be put out of bussiness. For other people who are experiencing this, they are the middle man. I called the company I bought my eliptical machine from and they put a credit that was in the amount of the delinquency charge back onto my account. And as for my bank, they cancelled the "floating" check with no fee. Needless to say there are good people out there but HC Processing is NOT one of them.
