This company advertises that you have sixty days to request your money refunded. I paid for this service on 6/8. I requested a refund on the tenth and several times since then. I have heard nothing back from them. They have no phone number to call or address to write to.
I have asked for a refund at least ten times now and have heard nothing back from them.
