I too fell into this trap and can't seem to get out.
I was on hold for over an hour and can't reach a customer service rep.
When I enter information on the customer service page it says it can find my account yet they are taking money from my bank account.
I have never received anything from Onlingo with my account number on it. As soon as I received the CDs I wrote cancel on them and returned them. I never even opened them and now they are deducting $69.95.
I am filing a dispute with my bank but after reading all these complains I'm very worried about how to truly get out of this.
How do I find out what my account information is with them? They never sent me anything.
Has anyone successfully gotten out of this trap???
