EDP reporting they took 159.00 out of my account with out my knowing i don't even knoiw who they are or what they do ripoff

Edp reporting took out 159.00 out of my account and made my account go over drawn for several days not only that they are along with another comapny who also was taking money out of my account they took out 124.90 out of my account. When you call them they say that thaey will call you back within 24 to 48 hrs witch is a total lie and then you try to so a live chat and that dosn't even work i went to my bank as soon as i could and they did a stop payment on it and hopefuly i can get my money back
