In April I rented a restaurant space from Mark Denisco and Robert Denisco AKA Foster Condo LLC. I paid my rent on time every month. I was told that they would be writing up a formal lease agreement and that went on for months. I purchased $100,000.00 in equipment and furnishings as well as inventory for my business, invested in advertising and begam establishing a customer base.

Suddenly I went one day to open and the power and gas had been turned off in the middle of the night. The reason was that the "city" found a gas leak and had to shut everything off, then suddenly the health inspector comes out condemns all of the food because the power had been off yet no one ever notified me.

Once that was all squared away I arrive to re-open and the locks had been changed and my alarm system ripped from the walls. When I called the police they contacted the Deniscos and they said I had failed to pay rent. This was on the 20th of the month, I had paid for the month on the first and had a written receipt from Mark. He still refused me entry and we went to court and I was never able to retrieve all of my equipment or belongings.

I later found out that they wanted us out so that they could sell the building and that they had done this to other tenants and had written owner financing mortgages to people for the property and through them out in like circumstances. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.

I am getting reports on my credit that there are still people at that address applying for things in my name a year after the fact, he was able to keep all of my business documents that were inside the restauarant. Which gave him access to my personal info.
