I was checking my mother's credit card statements for her and I noticed this $10.00 charge. I called the company and, at first they were very belligerent about refunding the charge. They finally acquiesced. Check your statements carefuly. These people are ripping off everybody and making a killing in the process. I have sent a lettet to the CT Attorney General and I advise all those affected to do the same.
