Andrew Sjolund and wife Susan, advertised for short term loan of $50,000 to repay 60K in 6 months. They wrote a letter days before the pay off date and asked for another 6 months. We granted an extension. They stopped paying the interest only on the loan.
The note was secured by 2 properties which are deeply indebted.

Now, they are counter sueing a usuary claim for terms they adverstised in the first place.
