Fraudellent billing

My checking account was charged $14.95 for a "MEMBERSHIP"
that I did not AUTHORIZE. When I called the person that answered told me that they give service to several companies and she couldn'twhich company it was and that the charge was for a membership.

I told her I never authorized that charge and that I wanted it to becancelled. They credited my account and they also sent me a letter.
As of today I don't have an idea of which company it is.
