Dishonest Fraudulent "MEMBERSHIP SERVICES" Business

On January 23, I noticed a debit charge of $19.95 from WC *Value Plus and called my bank to report the charge. I asked the assistant "who and what are the charges from, in which she gave me the same telephone number 800-475-1942 and told me to call them to cancel.
I called WC Value Plus and demanded to know "what kind of business" were they operating and "who gave you authority to debit my account." I also asked for his name, Jeff - Employee No. 45109. He advised me that he could only "cancel" my account at this time.
However, I wasn't giving up that easily. I told him that I demanded that the charges to be credited back into my account and wanted to speak to his supervisor. He said that he could only "cancel" my membership services at that time. Well, that pissed me off to know end!!!
I called the following week and spoke with someone else and told him that I demanded my full account to be credited or that I would send my bank account statements to my attorney because I also had another company (Shopping Essentails/Passport To Fun) that was also charging my account $14.95/mo).
I soon received a letter from "Customer Service, " under the descriptor WC *Value Plus on March 5, saying "we have decided to send a full refund for the amount of $160.60, which was charged to your credit card for Value Plus." The letter had an address of PO Box 658, Hopkins, MN 55343-0658; but the address on the envelope is listed as: Membership Services, PO Box 5265, Hopkins, MN 55343.
I have closed my personal checking account that I have had for over 20 years to prevent companies like this to ever still money from me again. I hope that this information at least will give someone else who has been ripped-off by this company an address so that they can complain personally and try to recover their hard-earned money back especially since you cannot locate them by the internet.
You cannot trust any type of business transaction these days especially the ones that you have no idea that has taken your credit card number or banking account number without any authority from YOU!!!
