Trying to Collect on a debt from 1993 that I have never heard of. They have my SS# and birthdate ripoff

Organization AFNI is attempting to gather on the expected debt from 1993. They've my proper SS # and birthdate. I inquired exactly what the debt was for and just why I'd never heard about this debt so far - 14 YEARS LATER!!! They'd not clarify and stated that today they'd my telephone number and they might proceed to contact me till I settled them. I mentioned I'd prefer to contact the NYC department of customer matters plus they stated I ought to not do this. I told them I had been documenting the phone call plus they stated used to do not need permission.

I really believe somebody / some organization bought outdated documents from 14 years back and therefore are attempting to persuade people they owe aged obligations simply because they possess the proper SS # and birthdate. I'm deeply involved. I noticed that another person was approached by them.
