Fedreral Grants Scams

Sent $ to MGR for help in trying to secure a Federal Grant for my school. It has been a year, and I finally heard that I qualified for the full amount. They said my paper work must have been lost in the mail. So they would email me my paper work to finish my process to recieve my funds.

Well it's been 2 months and no sign of any paperework. I've called every day for two months and I get the same answearing machine, then disconnect. I just leave a nice message that I wish they had some form of credibility. But thats wishing to much. These are the kind of people that would take the $ out of a blind mans cup, or kick a helpless individual while they're down. This needs to STOP!
