They are thieves ripoff

A deduction of 159.95 was taken from my checking account. I did not authorize this. My bank did the transaction and overdrew my account. I have tried several times to contact this place to no avail. Have written emails every hour and can bot get a response. How can someone do this? I am ready to contact an attorney to see what legal grounds I have.

I am fighting with my bank at this time to also get some help with this they charged me overdraft fees because it overdrew my account. I have tried to do an online contact with this company and it will not go through. I live on social security and this is all the money I have.

Is there any help out there for me or am I just out 159.95? I have contacted the Better Business bureau and they are suppose to file my grievence but will it really help? I have read several reports about this company since I have been trying to get a hold of them. I think it's time for class action! Thank you for your time and I myself am not backing down from this fight how dare they steal from me!
