Got Credit Card No from Someplace - Think Chevron Gas Station ripoff

Somehow the scammer got one of my credit card numbers that I use only for Gasoline. I have used it only at a Chevron or Shell station. One time I had gotten gas and the next day got "bird" all over it so went back and had the convience clerk "swipe" the card for a wash.
It was right after that the first charge appeared on the card. The first charge was for REVENUESHIELD8668823 AMERICAN FORKUT $106.90 for Services.

Another one for the same date and amount was also posted. Then I got two for the same name for $89.90 for Supermarkets.

The Credit Card company did give me a telephone 1-866-882-3186 that finally identified this Lean RX outfit. This outfit needs to be stopped.

Now I just received a bottle of pills that gives me some more information, but nothing useable. I don't know wat to do with the pills. They were sent from a Fulfillment CTR, OKC OK 73109. Hopefully some of this will help stop this scam.
